I have some funny experience after i re-install OS in my PC. OS which i use is Windows XP Pro. After i install the XP and install the Office Profesional 2003 suddenly my Excel can’t convert cell to date time type. I usually download excel report file from intranet web database and before i re-install the excel is running fine. I have do some action but it won’t work, like reinstall os and office again, install SP 1 n 2 n 3, but still not work. I have use uncle google to but still haven’t solution. Suddenly i have idea to change the regional setting from indonesia to us and viola the excel work normal again.

U know what ? i have thingking for allday about that problem
